1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between baji cesino and its members. These terms apply equally to all services provided through the baji cesino website, mobile application and any related digital services.

By registering with baji cesino, a member acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to follow every clause in this document. These terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

baji cesino reserves the right to change, amend or cancel any part of these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect will be treated as the member's acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration

To become a member of baji cesino, the registration process must be completed and providing accurate, up-to-date information is mandatory. Every member must follow the points below:

• Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, mobile number and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping the account password secure is the member's own responsibility. The password must not be given to or shared with anyone.
• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• If any discrepancy is found in account information, baji cesino may request additional documents for verification.

2.1 Identity Verification

baji cesino may verify a member's identity at any time to ensure security. A national ID card, passport or any other government-issued document may be requested for verification. baji cesino has the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

If a member suspects that unauthorised access to their account has occurred, the support team must be notified immediately via live chat. baji cesino will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from the member's own negligence.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

All baji cesino services are for persons aged 21 or over only. If anyone under 21 opens an account or takes part in any betting activity, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Providing the correct date of birth at registration is the member's responsibility. Registering with a false age will be treated as a breach of terms and the account will be permanently closed.

baji cesino takes a strict stance against underage gambling. Parents and guardians are expected to monitor their children's online activity and use parental control software where necessary.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

For financial transactions on baji cesino, the mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — can be used.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No transaction below this amount will be accepted.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered under the same name as the baji cesino account.
• Depositing from a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added to the account balance immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the registered mobile banking number.
• In the case of any suspicious transaction, baji cesino may temporarily hold a withdrawal and request additional information.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

baji cesino offers various bonuses from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus terms are stated below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus; the total balance becomes ৳2,500; to withdraw, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• After claiming a bonus, withdrawals cannot be made until the required wagering conditions are met.
• A bonus can be claimed only once per account, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• If multiple accounts attempt to claim bonuses from the same device, IP address or mobile number, all associated accounts may be closed.
• baji cesino reserves the right to change, cancel or expire any bonus offer.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on baji cesino is governed by the following policies:

6.1 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet limit is set for each game and betting market. These limits are clearly stated on the relevant game or market page.

6.2 Incorrect Odds or Game Results

In the event of a technical error, incorrect odds being displayed or a discrepancy in a game result, baji cesino reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the deposit. In such situations, baji cesino's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Misconduct and Fraud

• If a member attempts to exploit system errors, use multiple accounts or gain winnings through any other improper means, their account will be closed.
• Deliberately placing bets using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• If any activity linked to a betting syndicate is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

6.4 Game Provider Terms

Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and other game providers have their own rules and terms. Those terms also apply when playing these games on the baji cesino platform.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

baji cesino reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

1. Providing false or incomplete information at registration.
2. Attempting to operate multiple accounts.
3. Clear violation of bonus terms or bonus abuse.
4. Involvement in fraud, deception or illegal activity.
5. Being under 21 years of age.
6. Requesting self-exclusion or responsible gaming measures.
7. The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed and no breach of terms is established, any eligible balance in the account will be returned. However, the bonus balance of an account closed due to a breach of terms will be treated as forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Members may request deposit limits, session time limits or a temporary self-exclusion.
